1. Definitions
- "Nuravel" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the care facility operating at 28/11 Moo 5, Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima 30130, Thailand.
- "Service" refers to the care programmes offered by Nuravel, including the Countryside Day Program, Terrace Residence, and Jasmine Nursing Care.
- "User" / "You" refers to any individual accessing the website or communicating with Nuravel in connection with our services.
- "Resident" refers to an individual enrolled in one of our care programmes.
- "Family Contact" refers to the designated family member or representative responsible for care decisions and communications on behalf of a Resident.
- "Agreement" refers to the care agreement entered into between Nuravel and the Family Contact upon enrolment.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or enquiring about our services, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. These Terms govern your use of the Nuravel website and your relationship with us prior to and outside of any formal care agreement.
3. Description of Services
Nuravel provides residential and daytime elderly care services in Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand. Services are described on this website and in the relevant care agreement provided upon enrolment. We reserve the right to adjust the content or format of activities and daily schedules to respond to individual resident needs and seasonal conditions.
Our services are available to elderly individuals whose needs can be appropriately supported within one of our three care programmes. Suitability is determined through a care assessment prior to enrolment.
4. Enquiries and Admissions
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a reservation or commitment of any kind. Enrolment in a care programme is subject to availability, a care assessment, and the signing of a formal care agreement. We will respond to enquiries within two business days during office hours.
5. Payment Terms
- Programme fees are charged monthly in advance, in Thai Baht (฿).
- The monthly fee, payment schedule, and any applicable deposit will be specified in the care agreement.
- Payment is due by the first day of each calendar month. Late payment may result in a written reminder and, if not resolved, may affect the continuation of the care arrangement.
- Fees include all services specified within the relevant programme as described on this website and in the care agreement. Additional services may be available at extra cost, as agreed separately.
6. Cancellation and Departure
- Either party may end the care arrangement by providing 30 days' written notice.
- In the event of a Resident's sudden health deterioration or hospitalisation requiring a different level of care, alternative arrangements will be discussed with the Family Contact as promptly as possible.
- Fees paid for the current month are non-refundable except where Nuravel terminates the arrangement without cause, in which case a pro-rated refund for unused days will be provided.
- Deposits, where applicable, are returned within 14 days of the Resident's departure, less any outstanding balances.
7. Family Contact Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about the Resident's health, medical history, and personal preferences during the assessment process and throughout the care relationship.
- Notify Nuravel promptly of any changes to the Resident's medical condition, medications, or personal circumstances that may affect care.
- Remain reachable for care-related communications during normal office hours and, in emergencies, at any time.
- Treat Nuravel staff with respect during all interactions, including visits.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Nuravel website — including text, images, design elements, and logo — is the property of Nuravel or used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this website without our written consent.
9. Disclaimers
The information on this website is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. Nuravel makes no representations regarding specific outcomes for individual residents. Care is delivered with attention and professionalism, but outcomes depend on many factors, including the individual's health condition.
This website and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable Thai law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Nuravel's total liability for any claim arising from the use of this website or our services shall not exceed the monthly fee paid in the most recent billing period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of this website.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuravel, its staff, and representatives from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your misuse of this website, breach of these Terms, or provision of inaccurate information about a Resident.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Thailand.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
