About Nuravel

Care Shaped by People, Not Protocols

We started Nuravel because we believed that elderly care deserved the same attentiveness as family itself. That belief still shapes every single day here.

Our Story

How Nuravel Came to Be

Nuravel was founded in Pak Chong because the countryside here offers something that urban care facilities rarely can: space, air, and a pace of life that suits elderly individuals well. The team came together through shared experience in healthcare and family caregiving — people who had personally navigated the difficulty of arranging care for ageing parents and recognised that so many families face the same struggle.

We chose this part of Nakhon Ratchasima deliberately. Close enough to the city for medical access, far enough from it for genuine calm. The gardens and open green views are not incidental — they are central to how we think about daily wellbeing for our residents.

From the beginning, we have resisted the tendency to scale up at the cost of personal attention. Nuravel remains intentionally small because we believe the quality of each relationship matters more than the number of rooms we fill.

Our Mission

What We Are Here to Do

Our mission is to create a living environment where elderly individuals can spend their days in comfort, dignity, and meaningful connection — while their families feel genuinely at ease. We aim to remove the anxiety that so often accompanies this stage of life, for everyone involved.

Treat each resident as an individual, not a care category.

Maintain open, honest communication with families throughout.

Honour the dignity and autonomy of every person in our care.

Use the natural setting and Thai cultural warmth as part of care itself.

The People Behind the Care

Small and carefully assembled — each person here brings both professional skill and genuine care for the elderly individuals in their keeping.

How We Work

Care Standards & Protocols

Every aspect of life at Nuravel is guided by clear standards — not to create bureaucracy, but to make sure nothing important is left to chance.

Daily Health Monitoring

Vital signs, mobility, hydration, and mood are observed and recorded daily. Any change in condition is acted on promptly, with families informed as appropriate.

Individual Care Plans

Each resident has a written care plan developed on arrival and revised as their situation evolves. Plans are shared with families and updated in consultation with them.

Nutrition Standards

Meals are freshly prepared using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Dietary requirements — medical, cultural, or personal preference — are documented and consistently respected.

Privacy & Dignity

All personal and health information is handled with strict confidentiality. Residents' privacy is respected in every aspect of daily care, from personal assistance to room access.

Emergency Preparedness

The team is trained in first response procedures. Nursing care rooms include personal alert systems and immediate access to medical equipment. Coordination with local hospitals is pre-established.

Staff Continuity

We keep our team stable so that residents work with familiar faces each day. Trust and familiarity are not soft extras — they are foundational to good elderly care.

Elderly Residential Care Near Khao Yai

Nuravel sits within easy reach of Pak Chong town and the Khao Yai region — a part of Thailand known for its clean air, natural parks, and slower pace of life. For elderly individuals, that environment is not just pleasant; it actively contributes to wellbeing.

Families from Nakhon Ratchasima and the wider region choose us because we offer a residential care setting that feels closer to a family home than an institution. The staff-to-resident ratio is kept intentionally low so that care is attentive, personal, and responsive.

We welcome enquiries from families at any stage of consideration. Whether you are exploring options for the first time or ready to begin, we are here to listen, answer questions honestly, and help you make a decision that feels right — for your loved one and for your family.

Come and Meet Us

The best way to understand Nuravel is to visit. We welcome families at any time and are happy to answer every question you bring.
